Masked Intentions

A mask created as part of a group show entitled “Masked Intentions” at Hemadeshemade Gallery, in which 21 artists and designers were invited to create masks of their choice which were photographed by Sydney Based photographer Tomasz Machnik. The photographs were exhibited as limited edition prints and were also included in a limited edition publication. For “Masked Intentions” Wolfe-Alegria created a shamanic mask purportedly imbued with both the generative and destructive powers of the ocean.
